Men 200 Fly - Carlos, Hamish, Sam, Cam
Men 100 Free - Carlos, Leo, Cam, Sam
All 4x50m Free and Medley Relays will also be swum tonight.
Congratulaions to Cam who achieved his 100 Fly Open National Cut in last nights final!! :)
Connor received the Coaches award for his outstanding achievements throughout the week. Connor is always punctual and he is one of our most responsible athletes. Not bad for a 10yr old boy!! :)

With the last session upon us it is a good time to reflect on what a week it has been. Whilst so many good swims were achieved there were no doubt many other benefits to the trip. Such benefits including dealing with new environments; personal accountabilities and responsibilities; team focus etc. The Club is very pleased to have been able to present this opportunity to our athletes and coaches and very proud that they have sized the opportunity to excel as both individuals and as a team.
